Our Termite Inspection & Treatment Service

Our termite service starts with a thorough inspection of the property. We are looking for live termites, previous termites, conducive areas and areas where termites are liking to be. Once we have noted those areas we will measure and graph out the property. We use the measurements, noted conducive areas, and areas of present and past infestations to come up with pricing for our treatment. Our treatment involves both liquids and baits. Trust the team at Providence Pest Control to safeguard your home from these wood-destroying pests.

Our Unique Approach To Termite Inspection & Treatment Service

Getting rid of termites is no easy task. They often have large, elaborate nests spread in and around your home. Missing one could result in an infestation down the road. Learn how Providence Pest Control eliminates existing termite colonies and protects your property from future damages below:

1. TERMITE INSPECTION

We begin our inspection process with a conversation with the customer about areas of concern, sitings of termites, pinholes, mud tubes, damaged areas, and possible water leaks. We walk the home using high-powered lights and other detection equipment. We know from experience where termites have likely hit but we cover all our bases from top to bottom. We take pictures of any areas of concern and go over them with the customer once the inspection is complete. We graph out the property and determine the best treatment method. We go over our treatment method and pricing with the customer and schedule the treatment.

2. TERMITE TREATMENT

Our termite treatment involves the use of liquids, foams and the installation of a baiting system for ongoing termite protection. We foam wall voids using Termidor foam in areas of previous and current activity. We trench and treat the soil adjacent to the foundation of the home using liquid Termidor and we install a baiting system called Advance Trelona Annual baiting system. We follow up with regular inspections and communicate our findings to the customer after each inspection.

3. TERMITE BAIT STATIONS

We install the baiting system around the exterior of the property spacing them out around 15 feet apart. The installation involves the drilling or digging of holes about 3 inches wide and 8 inches deep. Normally the stations are installed approximately 3 feet from the foundation of the home in mulch areas or grass areas. We will note on a graph where these stations are located so that we can find them in the future for updating.

4. TERMITE guarantee

Our termite treatments come with a 1-year renewable warranty.
