Our rodent control service starts with a thorough inspection of the property. It is important to identify the type of rodent, where they are hiding, and how they are likely getting in. We will take pictures of the possible entry points and provide an estimate for repairing those areas and excluding the rodents in the first place. We will then discuss with the customer and provide our recommendations for a plan to eliminate the infestation. Our ongoing rodent control service involves the use of traps and when possible, baits. With over 9 years of experience, we’re McDonough, GA‘s highest-rated and most dependable rodent control experts.

Our number one goal is to give you the instant relief you need and the long-term protection you deserve from rats and mice. Because every situation is unique, we’ll use a combination of the following measures to address your rodent problem at the source:
We will meet with the customers to learn what they are seeing and when. We will ask if they are seeing droppings and where they are hearing noises. We will then begin our inspection in the attic and work our way down. We are looking for any possible entry point, nesting signs, droppings, rub marks, chew marks, and damages that the rodents may have caused. We will use our discussions and findings to
determine the type of rodent and the best treatment method going forward. We stress the importance of repairing all possible rodent entry points and an ongoing rodent program to make sure that the home stays rodent-free.
Once we determine the type of rodent, we can determine the best method of treatment going forward. Traps are very effective but require more follow-up to clean out the traps and reset them. Snap traps are set in areas where rodents are trailing suck along rafters in an attic and along walls in a crawl space. Traps are normally baited with peanut butter or other rodent food sources that are highly attractive to them.
Our main ongoing rodent program is set up monthly. On a monthly basis, we will return to check, clean out traps and reset them. We will let the customer know our findings and set the next appointment.
Our rodent exclusion process involves the repair of the rodent access points using wire mesh, sheet metal, steel wool, and other construction materials to permanently seal the rodent out. We will take pictures of these areas and provide an estimate for the repairs during our initial inspection. Pricing is determined based on what repairs need to be made and comes with a 1-year warranty on the repaired areas.

Yes, professional rodent control methods are designed to be safe for families and pets when applied correctly. Traps and bait stations are placed strategically in areas where rodents are active while minimizing exposure to people and pets.
Rats and mice can enter homes through very small openings around foundations, rooflines, vents, pipes, and utility lines. Mice can squeeze through openings as small as a dime, which is why sealing entry points is a critical part of long-term rodent control.
Preventing rodents involves sealing entry points, keeping food stored in sealed containers, maintaining clean living areas, and reducing clutter where rodents could nest. Regular pest control monitoring and maintenance can also help ensure rodents do not return.
Common signs of a rodent infestation include droppings, scratching or scurrying noises in walls or ceilings, chew marks on food packaging or wood, and nests made from shredded materials. You may also notice greasy rub marks along walls where rodents travel.
